Terms Of Service
By purchasing my services, you accept to these terms and consent
that you have read and understood this T.O.S. in its entirety.
GENERAL
- All commissions will be created in my own art style and up to my artistic interpretation.- I maintain full ownership of my designs, including the right to utilize them for portfolio & self-promotion.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission I'm uncomfortable with or if I believe it falls outside my area of expertise.
PAYMENT
- Full upfront payment via PayPal must be made before work begins.- I'm accepting payment for a service, not a physical product.
REFUND POLICY
- I will provide a full refund if I'm unable to fulfill a commission for whatever reason.
PROCESS
- You will receive regular updates throughout the process. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the commission to be completed.- The finished piece will be sent as a 300 DPI, RGB, JPG file via Email. If you intend to share the work, please use the watermarked version.
COMMERCIAL & PERSONAL USE
- All commissions are intended for personal use only. This implies that you do not profit from the use of my designs.- Turning a commissioned piece into a personal merchandise for yourself is accepted.
